Benefits of CBT-I

First-Line

Non-Medication-Based

Non-Medication-Based

CBT-I is considered first-line treatment for insomnia. Too often, however, those suffering with insomnia learn about CBT-I only after struggling with other, less-effective treatments.

Non-Medication-Based

Non-Medication-Based

Non-Medication-Based

CBT-I is natural and does not involve medications and supplements.

Evidence-Based

Non-Medication-Based

Short-Term Treatment

Short-Term Treatment

More Than Sleep Hygiene

Short-Term Treatment

CBT-I treatment typically involves a handful of sessions over 6-12 weeks.

More Than Sleep Hygiene

More Than Sleep Hygiene

CBT-I involves specific techniques that are missing from sleep hygiene tip sheets.

Practical

More Than Sleep Hygiene

More Than Sleep Hygiene

Contrary to popular belief, undergoing CBT-I does not mean "it's all in your head!" Rather, CBT-I is a practical approach centered on behavioral and environmental changes.
